Train to Gain is a service run by the LSC, the organisation responsible for planning and funding high-quality vocational education and training for everyone, to make England better skilled and more competitive.
As well as helping you access other sources of funding, the Train to Gain service can also provide funding itself. This includes:
- Free training to help your employees gain their first, full Level 2 qualification
- A wide range of training for low-skilled employees
- The possibility of a contribution to wage costs for companies with less than 50 employees – to cover the cost of the time spent on training.
