CIS Assessment can be used to identify any individual learning needs, help ensure new workers are competent and it enables managers to assess an individuals knowledge. CIS Assessment have partnered with various Local Authorities and Private, Voluntary and Independent organisations to develop a modular suite of assessments that enable local authorities and care organisations to quickly and easily assess new and existing social care worker's knowledge against the Common Induction Standards. On-line The assessments are simple, user friendly and available via the Internet. Each completed assessment generates a report that can be used for induction planning and training needs analysis. The reports provide managers with a wealth of information that will ensure an effective induction, including development required to meet the Common Induction Standards. E-Learning The Common Induction Standards online assessments are designed to support existing induction programs, whether taught, e learning or both.
